In
a recent announcement on August 1st, 2024, KMO stated that if
there is a drastic change to the cost of an origin, due to market
instability, we will reflect that change in the origin's price.
We will begin to place those price changes into effect on October 7th,
2024 as many origins have been affected over the last 2 months. It will
not be a flat increase, but it will be on an origin-by-origin basis. Blends
that use these origins will be affected as well. You'll be notified of these
changes when you call/email in or when you place an order on the website
as the prices will be different.
We continually look for ways to ease the effect of any increase, such as
origin alternatives and blend substitutions, and are open to conversations to
see what is best for you. Thank you for your continued business and loyalty!
